What can I expect once I sign up?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with meeting details and a short survey to help us understand you (and your presentation!) ahead of time.


Other than coaching sessions, are there other resources?

If you’d like ongoing support, sign up for our Drips Tips to gain access to our videos, tips, blogs and articles.


I’ve never done anything like this. What should I expect?

In your sessions, you will receive personalized attention from a coach who will observe your presentation and offer specific, actionable advice in a caring way. We’ll record your presentation (don’t worry - we’ll let you know when the tape is running) to not only see how you can improve, but also what you’re already doing well.


This is a huge investment for me. What happens if I do not enjoy the service? Can I get a refund?

We’re happy to report that 100% of our customers have been satisfied with our services, but if you don’t see an improvement in your style after the first session, we will find a way to help.  We are committed to resolving any issues that come our way. What if I am not satisfied with my coaching session?

Once you’ve completed a session, we cannot issue a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances for one. However, we strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns, or comments to your coach. In nearly all cases, your coach will be able to help.

If a cancellation request is received before your first scheduled session, you will be issued a full refund. Please contact grounds@coolbeanscoaching.com.
